The Objective

Our objective was to elevate the spectator experience at Le Golf National by delivering a world-class food & beverage experience to an international audience and setting the gold standard for the Paris 2024 Food Vision.

APPROACH

Across Le Golf National, 50 food & drink outlets offered a diverse range of authentic and locally themed offerings, providing spectators with an array of choices.

Our line up included global sponsors, local operators, and Freemans outlets, with options ranging from street food trucks to international cuisines like Thai and African-Asian fusion.

All our food & beverage outlets were dressed in bespoke Paris 2024 branding, including content from the sponsor Coca-Cola, creatinh a consistent and visually appealing operation. We adapted our menus to dual-language allowing all spectators to easily navigate the menus.

Working in collaboration with the OCOG, we delivered approximately 30 days of venue dining and workforce feeding to staff, greenkeepers, volunteers and sponsors. With over 17,400 nutritious and balanced meals served, we provided a range of options, offering both dine-in and grab & go options, with different menus served every day to provide variety.

In partnership with Costa Coffee, our objective was to facilitate the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop’s* presence at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Our team managed the build and deployment of the bespoke outlets that were located at iconic locations throughout the city including the Athletes’ Village, Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, Roland-Garros, Versailles and Le Golf National.
