We work with over 600 of Europe’s top street food and bar operators, bringing the best food & drink to spectators and fans. We are always on the lookout for new and exciting vendors to join our community of thriving independent businesses. Members of our Community Database will have access to support from our experienced team to develop their profile and help them get offers of work at the most iconic events.

Before completing the form below, please send your best photos showcasing your outlet in action, your products, and your menus to concessionsenquiries@freemanseventpartners.co.uk.
Your photos will be sent around to our team of F&B Managers, who will decide if you’re the right fit for any of our events/venues. Please allow 7 – 10 workings day for a response.
If successful, our administrator will send you a link to the form below, along with an invoice for the yearly subscription. This is a yearly fee of £60*.
After signing up, ensure you upload all of the necessary health and safety documents – we cannot process your request further without these documents.
Once registered, our F&B Managers will be in touch with you regarding event opportunities**.

**While we aim to fit our operators into as many events as we can, it’s not possible to guarantee that registration into the community will result in an offer of work.
