As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will manage all aspects of the food and beverage at specific venues and lead the F&B team, driving positive behaviours and a collaborative approach to business delivery. You will ensure all customers receive a professional and quality service every time by ensuring that all food, beverage, financial, compliance, and customer service objectives are met.

As the Management Accountant reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in adding value and contributing to the commercial decisions based on sound financial fact and analysis. Day-to-day control and responsibility of all the divisions’ finances, processes, and reporting.

In this role, you will be instrumental in client contract negotiations, provide legal guidance to the executive team and broader business, and ensure compliance with UK and international regulations. While operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will be supported by the executive team and external legal advisors as needed.

The Assistant Venue Manager will assist the Silverstone Venue Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations. This role is essential in ensuring that events are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, through coordinating logistics, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional service to clients and guests.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects in relation to EPos, Payments and Network deployments. You will serve as a bridge between the technical engineering team and the various client/stakeholders of the projects.
