Delivery will occur within 3 days of order submission, subject to the availability of stock and operational constraints. Delivery will be made directly to the outlet at selected event venues, provided there are no site-specific restrictions that prevent such delivery. FEP Foodservice reserves the right to determine which event venues are eligible for direct delivery. Deliveries will be made to certain major event venues as determined by FEP Foodservice, and only during selected weekends and bank holidays, subject to availability and operational requirements. Customers will be informed of any applicable restrictions or delays in advance, and alternative arrangements may be made where necessary.
