ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Commercial Partnerships team ensure that we grow leading brands and venues to achieve a collaborative partnership which will enhance the consumer experience by engaging, immersing, and creating memorable experiences with our shared Freemans vision.
Working in the Commercial Partnerships division of the company, managing brand activations and onsite brand presence at our events throughout the year.
We are on the lookout for an account executive who wants to spend their days supporting the end-to-end delivery of experiential activations that excite consumers and delight the brand.
Not only are you full of creative ideas, but you’re also detail-orientated and capable of supporting the team with pre-event planning and logistics to on-the-day management and delivery at our events.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Account management – being proactive and personable when supporting the team in liaising with the brands on a day-to-day basis and working up to being a main point of contact, in term building great relationships and trust. Also producing dynamic reports and showcasing key findings in a creative way to the brands.
Project management – ensuring that no balls are dropped, all committed timings, budgets and deadlines are met, and the quality of activations are to a high standard.
Supplier and logistics management – maintaining our database of potential suppliers; researching, negotiating terms and costs, quoting, purchasing and booking everything needed to deliver our activations
Pre-event delivery – working closely with internal divisions, creative and operations teams, as well as external suppliers, to find new ways to engage the target audience then develop and produce activations as per the agreed strategic direction of that client.
On the day delivery – being a calm and supportive presence on activation day(s), being effective in ensuring our brands look fantastic onsite on our units. Training and working closely with external promotional staff and talent, to ensure the smooth running of activations.
